The Organizer will do its utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of the information presented online in regards to the program, speakers, and participants. However, it will not be liable in the unexpected event that a speaker does not attend the conference or the timings of a session must be altered.

The Organizer reserve the right “in extreme circumstances” to change the time and meeting venue.

Registration Payment Mode :

Payments for online registration are accepted by Visa and MasterCard. You can also opt to pay by bank transfer.

Registration made onsite, subject to availability, can also be settled in cash (AED or USD)

Upon successful payment, a confirmation email with a receipt will be sent to the email address provided in the registration form.

The confirmation of payment and all payment receipts/invoices will be delivered to delegates via email only.

We regret that delegates without proof of payment will not be allowed access to the event.

Registration Substitutions and Cancellation Policy :

If a registered delegate cannot attend the event, a substitute colleague may be accepted before March 25, 2019. After this date, cancellation fees apply.

Requests for substitutions will only be accepted by e-mail to ccad-dds@meetingmindsexperts.com indicating the delegate registration ID and the name of substitute. Please note that the substitute delegate must be from the same organization.

If a delegate has to cancel his/her registration before March 25, 2019, the full registration fee will be reimbursed (less AED 150 refund charge).

100% cancellation charges will be applied for cancellations received after March 25, 2019.

No-shows will not qualify for a refund.

Reimbursement will not be given for early termination of attendance.

All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Insurance :

The Professional Conference Organizers and Organizers of the Conference cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants either during or indirectly arising from the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi’s Digestive Disease Institute 3rd International Symposium and 2nd Diabetes, Obesity & Cardiovascular Diseases International Symposium – April 25-27, 2019. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to health and travel insurance.

The following categories of visitors may receive their visit visa at the airport, upon arrival:

If you are a national citizen of a GCC country you do not require a visa to visit the UAE. You will simply need to produce your GCC country passport upon arrival at the point of entry into the UAE.

GCC Residents who are not GCC nationals but who have a high professional status such as company managers, business people, auditors, accountants, doctors, engineers, pharmacists, or employees working in the public sector, their families, drivers and personal staff sponsored by them, are eligible for a non-renewable 30-day visa upon arrival at the approved ports of entry.

National citizens of the following countries:

UK (with the right of abode in UK), France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Portugal, Ireland, Greece, Finland, Spain, Monaco, Vatican, Iceland, Andorra, San Marino, Liechtenstein, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea and holders of Hong Kong SAR passports will be granted a free of charge visa for a single visit upon arrival in the UAE.

It should be noted that this list may vary slightly from time to time and it is therefore best to check with your local UAE embassy or the airline that you are using to fly to the UAE.

If you do NOT fall into one of the above categories, you will require a visa.
